NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Dauphin, Pennsylvania, proposes to enact, at the regularly scheduled public meeting in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 4th Floor, Dauphin County Administration Building, 2 S. Second Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., an ordinance (the “Ordinance”), the caption and summary of such proposed Ordinance being as follows:

ORDINANCE No. 01-2022

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF CERTAIN PROCEDURES RELATED TO THE SOLICITATION AND AWARD OF CERTAIN PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS BY DAUPHIN COUNTY; PROVIDING FOR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS; PROVIDING FOR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBCONTRACTORS ON PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT REVIEW PROCEDURES.
