PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR BIDS The Delaware Water Gap Municipal Authority (hereinafter “DWGMA”) requests sealed bids for a two (2) year contract to haul and dispose municipal liquid sludge from its Wastewater Treatment Plant in Delaware Water Gap, PA. All bids must be in compliance with the general instructions, information and specifications for bidders and submitted on bid submission forms provided by DWGMA. To receive a bid packet, contact DWGMA, P.O. Box 128, attn: Lauren, Delaware Water Gap, PA 18327; 570-424-0433. All bids must be received by DWGMA at the above address no later than THURSDAY, JUNE 10, 2021 at 12 noon Daylight Savings Time. Eligible bidders must maintain a place of business within thirty (30) miles of Delaware Water Gap, PA. Disposal shall be at Lehigh County Pre-Treatment Facility or acceptable alternate disposal facility. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount for each gallon multiplied by one hundred thousand ($100,000). DWGMA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and award the contact in accordance with the best interest of the Authority.
