PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS/ PROPOSALS Construction Management Services Rockingham County Municipal Building October 20, 2021 Rockingham County invites Construction Managers to present their Qualifications and a Proposal for Construction Management Services for the proposed New Municipal County Building, an 85,000 sf facility that will house the County Attorney’s Offices, County Registry of Deeds Offices, the County Sheriff’s Office, a Community Correction Facility and associated site development. The Budget for the project has been established as $55M. The project has received approvals of the Rockingham County Delegation and is fully funded. Qualifications and Proposals are due no later than Monday, November 8, 2021 at 5:00 pm. The selected Construction Manager will be required to furnish a 100% Contract Performance Bond and a 100% Contract Payment Bond for the full amount of the construction GMP to cover the execution of the work, which shall be in conformity with the Form of Bonds contained in the Specifications and for the GMP Contract Amount.
