PUBLIC NOTICE Rippowam Corporation (“RIPPOWAM”) is seeking a residential leasing agent (“Agent”) to implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for mixed-income developments. The Agent will provide professional services for the marketing and leasing of market rate units and certain affordable units in its various developments. Agent should demonstrate an understanding of the Stamford residential rental market. The marketing plan should detail any strategies incorporating accepted benchmarks, appropriate performance measures, and approved timetables. The Agent will collaborate with RIPPOWAM and its property management team to develop targeted marketing campaigns where needed. The selected Agent will have exclusive responsibility for marketing unrestricted market rate units in five mixed-income developments as well as certain units with higher income eligibility in several affordable developments. The scope of this procurement is generally outlined in the Scope of Work section of this Request for Proposals (RFP). However, the Scope of Work is subject to change based upon Project needs and constraints, and according to the discretion of Rippowam Corporation. The selected respondent may be required to provide additional information and execute additional documents to ensure compliance with federal and State procurement rules and regulations.
