PUBLIC NOTICE SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Hazle Township Board of Supervisors, Hazle Township Municipal Building, 101 W. 27th Street, Hazle Township, Pa. until 12:00 Noon on Monday, April 11, 2022 for the following: 1. Metal roof maintenance at Fire Station #1 located at 1113 N. Church St., Hazle Township, and Fire Station #3 located at 484 CanDo Expressway, Hazle Township. Bids received by the time specified above will be opened and read aloud at the regularly Scheduled Hazle Township Supervisors meeting scheduled for Monday, April 11, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. at the Hazle Township Commons Building, 103 W. 27th Street, Hazle Township, Pa. 18202. Proposal forms and all pertinent documentation may be obtained at the office of the Supervisors, 101 W. 27th Street, Hazle Township, Pa. between the hours of 6:30 A.M. and 1:30 P.M., Monday thru Friday or by calling Fire Chief, Scott Kostician, at 570-233-0699. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the municipality and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond where applicable.
