PUBLIC NOTICE The Town of Goffstown, NH Parks and Recreation Dep. invites RFP for the Request for Qualifications – Build and Design of Electronic Message Sign (EMC). RFP specifications are available from Town of Goffstown website www.goffstown.com, Contact Rick Wilhelmi, Director Parks and Recreation, rick.wilhelmi@goffstownnh.gov. Optional pre-bid meeting 10:00 am Friday, October 15, 2021. Questions about project will be taken till 4:00 pm on Tuesday October 19, 2021. Responses to all question will be posted October 22, 2021. Sealed written qualifications statement with answers to submission requirements will be submitted to the Select Board office at Goffstown Town Hall at 16 Main Street Goffstown, NH 03045 no later than 2:15 pm on October 29, 2021, to be considered. The Town reserves the right to reject and/or waive any bids or RFPs if deemed in the best interest of the Town. Bids should be clearly marked “Parks and Recreation Electronic Message Center”.
