PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF SOUTH WINDSOR 1540 SULLIVAN AVENUE SOUTH WINDSOR, CONNECTICUT INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids for the MISCELLANEOUS DRAINAGE 2023 shall be received at the Office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, Connecticut until 11:00 a.m., Prevailing Local Time on February 23, 2023, at which time, said bids shall be opened and the results posted on the Town website. In general, the work to be performed under this contract shall be the replacement of catch basin tops, rebuilding catch basin walls, replacing existing catch basins, installing new catch basins, replacing or repairing existing drainage pipes, and installing new drainage pipes and outlets in various areas throughout the town, as directed by the Engineer. Also included will be restoring disturbed pavement and lawn areas at locations where drainage work is done. This bid shall establish unit pricing for the above described items. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from the Town website at www.southwindsor-ct.gov. The documents will be posted under BIDS/RFPS. The Town of South Windsor, Connecticut reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted in response to this Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality, defect, or irregularity in any or all bids if such action is in the best interests of the Town.
