PUBLIC NOTICE UPPER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP NOTICE TO BIDDERS Electronic SEALED BIDS will be received by Upper Southampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, on behalf of, but not exclusive of, the following Bucks County Consortium members: the Townships of Bristol, Buckingham, Doylestown, East Rockhill, Falls, Lower Makefield, Lower Southampton, Middletown, Milford, New Britain, Newtown, Northampton, Richland, Solebury, Springfield, Upper Makefield, Upper Southampton, Warminster, Warrington, and Warwick; the Borough of Doylestown, Morrisville, Penndel, Sellersville; Langhorne Manor; and the Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority, Chalfont-New Britain Sewer Authority, Upper Southampton Township Municipal Authority and the Warminster Authority for the purchase of the following: approximately 772,589 gallons of Unleaded Regular Gasoline approximately 75,000 gallons of Unleaded Premium Gasoline approximately 78,094 gallons of #2 Heating Oil/Diesel Fuel approximately 381,245 gallons of Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel B2 approximately 9,890 gallons of Off-Road Low Sulfur Diesel approximately 42,523 gallons of Propane Sealed bids shall be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program until 11:00AM, on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, whereby they will be publicly opened and read at the Upper Southampton Township Administration Building, 939 Street Road, Southampton PA. All documents and solicitation details are available online at no cost on PennBid – www.PennBid.net. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, and should be made payable to Upper Southampton Township.
