PUBLIC NOTICE Utility Improvements for Heritage Ranch

To Be Published: Thursday, March 17, 2022 and Thursday, March 24, 2022

Public Notice is hereby given that RCICD HERITAGE RANCH LLC on behalf of Heritage Ranch Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Grayson County, State of Texas, will receive bids for the construction of Utility Improvements for Heritage Ranch Phase 1. All bids must be sealed and received on or before Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 2 pm at SPIARS ENGINEERING, INC., 765 Custer Road, Suite 100, Plano, Texas 75075, attn: Matt Dorsett to be considered by the MUD. After the expiration of the time and date above, said sealed bids will be opened at the address above and publicly read aloud at 2:05 pm on the same day. RCICD HERITAGE RANCH LLC will consider the bids as soon thereafter as may reasonably be convenient, subject to the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities. Any bids coming after that date and time, unless the MUD extends the date and time for all bidders, will be rejected.

The utility improvements generally to be made include: water, sanitary sewer, and drainage infrastructure and associated improvements, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary to construct all improvements shown in the construction plans.

Proposal forms, specifications, plans, and contract documents may be obtained at no cost starting on March 17, 2022 by emailing Ryan Hartman at ryan.hartman@spiarsengineering.com, who will provide a link to download the documents. The Contract Documents may be downloaded, viewed, and printed by interested contractors and/or suppliers.

RCICD HERITAGE RANCH LLC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened.
