PUBLIC NOTIFICATION FOR WRITTEN QUOTES The Dennis Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for 157-159 Bayridge Drive, 6-8 Ellis Pond Drive, 6-8 Grassy Pond Drive, 7-9 Crestwood Lane Dennis, MA 02660 Developments for the Dennis Housing Authority in Dennis Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by RESCOM Architectural, Inc. The Project consists of: Roof Replacements The work is estimated to cost $65,012 SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND TWELVE DOLLARS Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A (2)(B) & to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive. Quotes will be received until September 16, 2021 12:00 PM. This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). All quotes shall be prepared and submitted online at www.Projectdog.com and received no later than the date & time specified above. Hard copy quotes will not be accepted by the Awarding Authority. Contract Documents will be available online and for purchase at www.Projectdog.com on August 26, 2021 12:00 PM. Project Code 845566. There is a plan deposit of $25.00 per set (maximum of 2 sets) payable to Projectdog, Inc. and must be a certified or cashier’s check. This deposit will be refunded for up to two sets upon return of the sets in good condition within ten (10) days of receipt of quotes. Otherwise the deposit shall be the property of Projectdog, Inc. Contractors requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $35.00 per set, payable to Projectdog, Inc., to cover mail handling costs. There will be a pre-bid conference on site September 7, 2021 11:00 AM, meet at 157-159 Bayridge Drive. Please contact Greg Siroonian, gbs@rescomarch.com to make an appointment. Attendance at the above referenced conference time is preferred and strongly recommended.
