REQUEST FOR BID For Food Service Management Company Sealed Bids will be received by
Life School of Dallas
at their Central Office at 132 East Ovilla Road, Suite A, Red Oak, TX 75154, at which time bids duly delivered and submitted by the times and dates below will publicly opened, read aloud and considered for providing a Food Service Management Company for Life School.
Sealed bids will be received from 8:00 A.M.
on
March 3, 2023 until 3:30 P.M.
on
March 20, 2023
for supplying
Life School
with a Food Service Management Company during the school year of
2023-2024
, with options for renewal of the contract not to exceed 4 additional years,
2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026-2027
and
2027-2028.
Sealed bids, subject to all the conditions and specifications attached hereto, will be received in the office of
Life School
and shall be marked on the envelope “Sealed Bid -Food Service Management Company – Open at
9:00 A.M. on March 21, 2023.
In accepting proposals,
Life School
reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in order to take the action which it deems to be in the best interest of the charter school.
Additional information required to adequately respond to this Request for Bid may be obtained from the charter school business office Life School, 132 East Ovilla Road, Suite A, Red Oak, TX 75154.
Contracts entered into on a basis of submitted bid are revocable if contrary to law.
