REQUEST FOR BIDS
TO SUPPLY HIDALGO COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT No. 1 with sealed bids for FUEL-GASOLINE AND DIESEL (ON & OFF HIGHWAY) with RFB No. HCDD1-21-042-08-11-ESZ for a period of (1) one year on as needed basis with an option to extend (1) additional year.
BID PACKETS may be obtained by emailing your request to enriqueta.zambrano@hcdd1.org or may be picked up in person at the Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 office at, 902 N. Doolittle (Bldg. A), Edinburg, Texas 78542.
SEALED BIDS should be properly addressed and delivered to Enriqueta Zambrano, Procurement Specialist II, Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1, 902 N. Doolittle (Bldg. A), Edinburg, Texas 78542. One (1) original and one (1) USB Flash Drive in PDF Format of all bids are required with bidder’s name and return address clearly typed/printed on upper left-hand corner and the proper notation clearly typed/printed on the lower left-hand corner of the envelope and/or package:

Bids will be accepted until, 9:30 A.M., on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at which time will be opened and conducted at the Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 office located at 902 N. Doolittle, Bldg. A, Edinburg, Texas, 78542. Public attendance to Bid Openings may be in person or via Videoconference. Videoconference information will be provided upon request via e-mail to enriqueta.zambarno@hcdd1.org.
FACSIMILES OR LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THAT TIME WILL NOT BE OPENED AND WILL BE RETURNED. OVERNIGHT MAIL MUST BE PROPERLY LABELED ON THE OUTSIDE OF EXPRESS ENVELOPE AND/OR PACKAGE IN REFERENCE TO BID.
HIDALGO COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 1 reserves the right to refuse and reject any/all bids and to waive any/all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the bid considered the best and most advantageous to the Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1.
