Request for Proposal for Construction Manager Responses Due: 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 8, 2021 HHA CM 2021-01 The Housing Authority of the Town of Hamden (the “HHA”) is seeking a qualified firm to serve as Construction Manager for its proposed renovation of the Mount Carmel Congregate facility (the “Project”). HHA is requesting a “Statement of Qualifications and Response to Request for Proposals” from interested parties for the Project. The Project is anticipated to be funded primarily with funding from the Connecticut Department of Housing (“DOH”) and could include some funding from CHFA. Prior successful experience working with the Connecticut Department of Housing and CHFA-funded multifamily affordable housing developments of this scale is mandatory to qualify for consideration for the Project.
