REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Town of Hampstead is seeking proposals for a parking lot light pole and LED fixture replacement. Specifications are on the Town’s web site: www.hampsteadnh.us. Proposals will be accepted until 4:00PM on Monday, July 26, 2021 and should be mailed or hand- delivered to Sally Theriault, CPM, Board of Selectmen’s Office, 11 Main Street, Hampstead, NH 03841 and clearly marked “Parking Lot Light Pole”. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities in the proposal process, to negotiate with any and all responsible qualified Proposers, and to enter into an agreement with the Proposer whom the Town in its sole discretion determines is in the best interests of the Town even though the Proposer may not submit the lowest bid or proposal.
