Request For Proposals: 101 West Street Roof Replacement, Millersburg, PA.

Date of Issuance: March 10, 2022

The Millersburg Borough Council is accepting sealed bids for the partial replacement of the roof at 101 West Street.

Scope of Work includes:

Replacing a section of roof which measures 74 feet by 34 feet, starting from the North Side of the building and spans the full East-West length of the building.

This project requires prevailing wages if accepted bid exceeds $25,000.00.

Submit complete description of project materials and labor.

Project to be completed no later than October 31, 2022.

Also, to be submitted with your bid:

Proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.

Provide warranty information on materials and workmanship, with a minimum of a 10-year warranty.

2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the scheduled meeting of Millersburg Borough Council at 101 West Street, Millersburg PA 17061. Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity in the bids and/or in the bidding process.
