REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS “AIR CARGO FEASIBILITY STUDY AND CONSULTANT SERVICES” The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport Bi-County Board of Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties is accepting Proposals for a comprehensive air cargo feasibility study at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport. Submittals must be received by Friday, April 16, 2021 at 1:30 PM/EST., addressed to Executive Director, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, 100 Terminal Road, Suite 1, Avoca, PA 18641. Interested companies must secure the Request for Proposals Package from the Executive Director’s Office by calling 570-602-2000 or email airport@flyavp.com . The Airport Board reserves the right to reject all proposals submitted and/or to cancel the solicitation. All interested parties are advised that the Airport will ensure that minority-owned businesses are equally afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation, and that no person, company, or organizations will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, religion, sex, color, or national origin in consideration for a contract.
