REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: CDBG/HOME FUNDS The City of Salem is seeking program funding proposals from non-profit agencies for the fiscal year starting 7/1/23. Programs must benefit very low, low and moderate income Salem residents and may be for: · Public Services (i.e. housing services, food distribution, child care, job training, transportation, crime prevention, recreation, education and/or services for homeless, disabled, minorities or immigrants) · Affordable Housing Programs (i.e. rental downpayment assistance programs) · Economic Development Programs (i.e. business technical assistance programs) RFPs are available from the Dept. of Planning & Community Develop. via email to achiancola@salem.com.
