REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CEDS UPDATE Greater Spokane Inc (GSI) is seeking a firm or team to assist with convening a community conversation to update the Comprehensive Economic Develop-ment Strategy (CEDS) and create a unifying vision focused on enhancing the prosperity of the community over the next decade. GSI is leading this process to support the joint will and objectives of an affiliation of local governments, business community and non-profits.
