REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS COUNTY OF LACKAWANNA FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES The Lackawanna County Commissioners have issued a Request for Proposal for Financial Advisory Services. All proposals shall be in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications which are now available and can be obtained at the Lackawanna County Website https://www.lackawannacounty.org/government/departments/rfp_rfq.php All proposals shall be sent to the Office of the Chief of Staff, by courier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for tracking information. Hand delivered proposals will be accepted by the Chief of Staff’s Office. Sealed envelopes will be received and identified by “Financial Advisory Services”. The envelopes should be delivered to the Chief of Staff Office 6th floor 123 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503 until 3:00 P.M. January 27, 2023.
