REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOTICE – -The Borough Council of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, – – Pennsylvania, 53 West South Street, Carlisle, PA 17013, will accept sealed proposals until 1:00 p.m., prevailing time, October 21, 2021 for the following: – -JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR CARLISLE BOROUGH BUILDINGS – -All proposals shall be properly executed in ink without alterations and shall be – -complete. All proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of $2,000. Specifications for the required service can be obtained on the Borough”s website under Bids at www.carlislepa.org or from the offices of the Borough of Carlisle at the address above from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of $15,000.00. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held October 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Borough offices noted above. – -Proposals will be opened at 1:30 p.m. on October 21, 2021 at the offices of the – -Borough of Carlisle.
