REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Owner: Northumberland County Commissioners Northumberland County Administration Center 399 South Fifth Street Sunbury, PA 17801 Proposals will be received by the Northumberland County Commissioners electronically via the PennBid Program for Structure Elevation Consulting Services located in Point Township, Northumberland County until 10:30 a.m., prevailing time on December 7, 2021, at which time bids will be publicly opened in the meeting room of the County Commissioners. Work consists generally of design, preparation of specs and oversight of construction for raising a structure located in Point Township, Northumberland County, PA. All bidding documents are available to be downloaded free of charge on Penn Bid (www.pennbid.procureware.com). A properly completed Northumberland County Non-Collusion Affidavit must be included (No substitute form will be accepted). The County of Northumberland in accordance with Title VI of the U.S. Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Parts 21 and 23 of 49 C.F.R., notifies all engineers that it will affirmatively insure that MBE/WBE will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and that no person will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award. The County of Northumberland reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive technical mistakes in the Submission of the Proposal and to eliminate any or all work.
