REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR CONSULTING ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR THE JESSUP BOROUGH POLICE DEFINED BENEFIT PENSION PLAN IN COMPLIANCE WITH ACT 44 OF 2009 FOR JESSUP BOROUGH, LACKAWANNA COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA The Borough of Jessup, County of Lackawanna, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the “Borough”), is seeking a Request for Proposals (RFP) to select an entity for consulting administrative services (excluding actuarial services) for its Police Defined Benefit Pension Plan in compliance with Act 44 of 2009. The Borough is requesting that each respondent competitively bid its services. The Borough reserves the right to modify and/or cancel this solicitation at any time during the RFP process. Sealed proposals must be received by the Borough Manager at 395 Lane Street, Jessup, PA no later than July 5, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. and the proposals will be publicly opened at a Borough Council meeting to be held on the same day at 7:00 P.M. If mailed, the proposal should be addressed to the Borough Manager and the envelope sealed and clearly marked as “RFP – Pension Administration”.
