REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS “Sale & Development of Tax Assessor Lot #I14216, 9 -11 Liberty Street, Danbury, CT” Bid #03-20-21-03 The City of Danbury is inviting the submission of proposals from qualified parties interested in purchasing and redeveloping a City-owned parcel of land located at the corner of Liberty and Delay Streets in the City of Danbury, CT. The parcel, with a street address of 9 11 Liberty Street, is identified as Tax Assessor Lot #I14216. A copy of the complete Request of Proposal package can be obtained by contacting the City of Danbury Purchasing Department at 203-797-4571.
