REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS White Haven Borough requires professional services for the White Haven Borough Building Phase 2 Improvements Project. The Proposal will be for architectural drawings for improvements to the Borough building including but not limited to upgrades and finishes to the first and second floor, offices, kitchenette, ceiling restoration, plumbing and bathroom facilities, lighting and electrical improvements, HVAC Improvements, access improvements including parking lot paving, sidewalk, carport with concrete block retaining wall, and drainage improvement. The Borough is pleased to invite your firm to submit a written “Request for Proposal” for this project. The Borough shall negotiate a contract with the highest qualified firm, subject to the evaluation of information received from interested firms, for necessary services, for a fee which the Borough determines fair and reasonable. Should the Borough be unable to negotiate a satisfactory contract with the firm considered to be the most qualified, the Borough shall then undertake negotiations with the second most qualified firm. Detailed information as to the specific services requested are set forth in the Request for Proposal, a copy of which may be obtained through White Haven Borough, 312 Main Street, White Haven, PA 18661, 570-443-9129, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The successful proposal is expected to be awarded at the June 28, 2021 Borough meeting. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
