South Texas Educational Technologies, Inc./Horizon Montessori Public Schools is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the following project:

PROJECT LOCATION: 2319 North Grand Boulevard – Pearland, Texas 77581
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Air Conditioning Replacement for Building #5 and attached Theater Building
1.
Removal of existing air conditioning equipment
2.
Provide and install new air conditioning equipment, ducts, etcetera, for a completely new operating system.
3.
Extend equipment electrical to adjacent disconnect boxes.
4.
Building electrical will be provided and extended to the stated electrical boxes from the electrical panels by others.
