REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS # 22043 OPM SERVICES FOR A SECONDARY TREATMENT PLANT Pursuant to MGLc. 149, the City of Gloucester is seeking qualifications for professional OPM Services for the Construction of a Secondary Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope of work includes providing advice and consultation with design, construction, scope, etc. The RFQ package will be available on Oct. 20, 2021 at the Office of the Purchasing Agent or email: purchasing@ gloucester-ma.gov. Proposals must be received and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than Nov. 18, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept, that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, MA.
