REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Cromwell Fire District, Water Division 2021 Water System Emergency Interconnections Project The Cromwell Fire District, Water Division seeks to engage a Consulting Engineering firm to provide engineering services for the preparation of the planning and design of new emergency interconnections for their water supply system. The Consulting Engineer will also provide survey, prepare environmental documents and perform construction management and inspection services. Any Contract awarded under this Request for Qualifications (RFQs) is expected to be funded by the State of Connecticut Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund. Interested Firms will be evaluated and selected based on the procurement procedures outlined § 22a-482-4 (h), (i) and (o) of the Regulations of State Agencies and the Request for Qualifications prepared by the District. The selected firm must meet all District, State and Federal affirmative action and equal employment opportunity practices. The District reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all RFQs or any part thereof if to do so is deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
