PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for the services from an engineering consulting firm who is qualified and experienced in stormwater research to assist in the advancement of stormwater research projects, including preparing proposals and Quality Assurance plans, implementation of the research, and preparation of associated progress and final reports.
