Sealed responses to this RFQ must be submitted to DHA Procurement Department at 3939 N. Hampton Road, Dallas, Texas 75212 by 2:00 p.m. C.D.T. on Monday, February 6, 2023 via mail or delivery.
Facsimile transmission will not be accepted.
All sealed response to this RFQ must be received in the Procurement Department by the specified time. Any Proposals received after 2:00 p.m., on Monday, February 6, 2023 will be rejected. DHA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL PROPOSALS OR TO WAIVE ANY INFORMALITIES IN THE PROPOSALS.
