REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) The Town of Salisbury seeks proposals for design and engineering services to create bid ready plans with specifications and construction cost estimates for Salisbury Center Permanent Streetscape Improvements. The Town must receive your firm’s response at Salisbury Town Hall, Planning Department, 5 Beach Road, Salisbury, MA 01952 by 1:00pm Wednesday, February 15, 2023. Postmarks will not be considered. Proposals submitted by fax will not be considered. RFQs may be requested from the Planning Department, 5 Beach Road, Salisbury, 01952 at (978)4632266. The Town is an EOE employer and copies of the RFQ are available at the Town Hall during regular business hours. An original and five (5) copies of your proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope indicating the proposer’s name and address by the time indicated above. The envelope must be marked in the lower left-hand corner with the following legend: “Request for Qualifications-Town of Salisbury Center”.
