REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
AND PROPOSALS FOR EXPERIENCED MULTIFAMILY AFFORDABLE HOUSING FIRMS
The South Texas Economic Development Corporation, Inc., is requesting statements of qualifications and proposals from an experienced multifamily affordable housing firm to seek financing, refinancing, rehabilitation and/or new development financing. Proposals must address a plan to refinance an existing loan. Any individual or firm proposing should be a HUD approved lender. Submissions are due by no later than 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 19, 2022. A copy of the Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) can be obtained from Andrea Roldan, Executive Director, STEDC, Inc., 1800 N. Texas Blvd. Weslaco, Texas (956)969-3024 or (956)969-5866. The South Texas Economic Development Corporation, Inc., reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities or technicalities and to accept the proposals considered the best and most advantageous to the Corporation.
