REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
FOR GENERAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT SERVICES

The Cameron County Regional Mobility Authority (CCRMA) will accept sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Firms to provide General Engineering Consultant Services. The scope of work includes all facets and phases of the development of transportation projects and is described in more detail within the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
A complete copy of the RFQ may be downloaded at the following website:
https://ccrma.org/procurements/ or obtained at the CCRMA’s office located at 3461 Carmen
Avenue, Rancho Viejo, Texas 78575.
SOQs must be received no later than Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 4:00 P.M.
Six (6) copies and One (1) digital copy of your SOQs shall be submitted to:

Statement of Qualifications received after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned
unopened. The CCRMA Board of Directors will evaluate the SOQs of the Firms on the basis of work experience, work performance, and capacity to perform.

reserves the right to negotiate with any and all Firms that submit qualifications, extend the RFQ
deadline, or reject any or all proposals. Proposals may be held by CCRMA for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the proposal opening for the purpose of reviewing the proposals and investigating Firms prior to the award.
