REQUEST FOR SUBCONTRACTOR BIDS FOR CITY OF GRAND PRAIRIE

Subcontractor bids are hereby requested for the City of Grand Prairie Epic Central project. The project consists of a new underground parking garage with one-level below grade, and a separate garage with one level above grade, as well as, four retail buildings, and site infrastructure for the remaining site.

Bids must be emailed to kargubright@hill-wilkinson.com or delivered to Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors (2703 Telecom, Richardson, TX 75082) no later than 2:00 p.m. on April 22, 2020. Bids will be privately opened. The successful bid will be awarded based on best value methodology.
