REQUEST FOR SUBCONTRACTOR BIDS FOR LAB 530 RENOVATION TTU

Subcontractor bids are hereby requested for Renovation of Laboratory Classroom 530 at the existing TTU HSC Southwest Professional Building in Dallas. Work to include new casework, lab sinks, finishes, plumbing, electrical, etc. for approximately 1,000 SF lab.

Bids must be emailed to kargubright@hill-wilkinson.com or delivered to Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors (2703 Telecom Pkwy, Suite 120, Richardson, TX 75082) no later than 2:00 p.m. on September 16, 2021. Bids will be privately opened. The successful bid will be awarded based on best value methodology.
