RFBI/WPCA BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS
INVITATION TO BID
TOWN OF KILLINGLY
Sealed bids for the Killingly WPCA Building Improvement Project will be received by the Town of Killingly Engineering Office located in the Killingly Town Hall, 172 Main Street, Killingly CT 06239 until 10:00 A.M. Tuesday April 19, 2022. Immediately thereafter Bids will be publicly opened and read in the Town Meeting Room, second floor, Killingly Town Hall.
The project consists of removing and replacing the existing administration building HVAC system and associated electrical work.
The Bid Form, Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents may be obtained at the Office of the Town Engineer at the above address during normal business hours, on the CT DAS website

Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in an amount not less than 5% of the bid price, in the form and subject to condition provided in the information for Bidders. Surety bonds or certified checks shall be made payable to the Town of Killingly. Such checks shall be returned to the unsuccessful bidders and to the successful bidder awarded the contract, upon providing the required payment and performance bond.
The Town reserves the right to waive technicalities and to accept or reject in part or in whole any bid, when said action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Killingly.
