RFP #23088 Integrated Telephone System Replacement The City of Gloucester seeks proposals from vendors for an Integrated Telephone System Replacement that will serve all City and School functions (including Public Safety). The scope of services includes providing a commercially available, unified communications system with hybrid cloud & on-premise capabilities. The RFP package will be available Jan. 17, 2023 by emailing purchasing@gloucester-ma.gov or at the Office of the Purchasing Agent. Proposals must be received and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than Feb. 6, 2023 @ 11:00 am. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, MA.
