TOWN OF NORTHBRIDGE Office of Community Planning & Development REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS & QUALIFICATIONS New Village & Rockdale Village Slums & Blight Inventories Under the provisions of MGL Ch 30B, the Town of Northbridge seeks Proposals for Consulting Services to prepare two (2) “Slums & Blight Inventories” for New Village and Rockdale Village (Town of Northridge) shall be received at the Northbridge Memorial Town Hall, 7 Main Street, Whitinsville, MA 01588 until 3:00 PM, Thursday, August 12, 2021, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Specifications may be obtained by contacting R. Gary Bechtholdt II at (508) 234-2447 or via email at cdbg@northbridgemass.org. The Town of Northbridge/Office of Community Planning & Development reserves the right to waive any formalities, to accept or reject in whole or in any part any and all bids or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Northbridge/Office of Community Planning & Development. The contract will be funded by a Massachusetts CDBG Program grant and is subject to the requirements of the grant program.
