RFP – Housing Rehab Subgrantee The Town of Truro invites competitive proposals from qualified consultants to provide Housing Rehabilitation Administration Services for an FY20 CDBG grant awarded by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development. Proposals must be received no later than, 2:00 PM on Monday March 29, 2021 at the offices of Bailey Boyd Associates, 9 Hillside Road, Scituate, MA in the manner and format as required in the Request for Proposals. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities in the proposal procedure, to cancel this Request for Proposal or to reject any and all proposals received deemed not in the best interest of the Town.
