The Town of Plymouth is seeking to retain a Contractor for the purpose of replacing sink faucet valves and toilet/urinal flush values with Touchless valves in the Town Hall facility. There are an estimated (21) toilet/urinals to be upgraded and (16) faucets to be upgraded.

Proposals will be evaluated based upon Contractor’s schedule, make/model of valves proposed, and the unit price for the fully installed fixture. Bidder should be aware that some equipment is located in the Police Department and workers are subject to background checks. Inspections are allowed by appointment only. Generally, there are no shut-offs in Town Hall, expect to have to drain the entire building for work. As such, work must be completed during closed hours or with significant notice.
