ROADWAY RESURFACING JUNE 9, 2021 Sealed bids for the Essex Department of Public Works (DPW) contract for the resurfacing a portion of Belcher Street, Apple Street and Wood Drive roadways will be received at the DPW Offce, 44 Centennial Grove Road, Essex, MA 01929 until 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 2, 2021, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bidders for Bituminous Concrete must pre-qualify with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, 10 Park Plaza, Boston, MA 02116. Pre-qualifed contractors may pick up the bid packages at the DPW Offce during regular business hours (7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.). Bids must be submitted on offcial Proposal forms in a sealed envelope clearly marked “bids for roadway resurfacing”. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids. GT – 6/9/21
