Coeur d””‘Alene Tribe is offering for sale 4,600 thousand board feet (4,600 MBF) of sawlogs and 800 tons of mixed fir species tonwood from the 753 acre Nawaqn Logging Unit. Bids will be opened at the Coeur d””‘Alene Tribal Forestry Office, 402 Anne Antelope Avenue, Plummer, Idaho at 10:00 AM on October 13, 2021. The logging unit is located in portions of Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 17, Township 45 North, Range 5 West, Boise Meridian, Benewah County, Idaho. The minimum acceptable bids and estimated amounts are: $170/MBF for 1,896 MBF of ponderosa pine sawlogs; $235/MBF for 2,704 MBF of Douglas-fir and other species sawlogs; $25.00/TON for 800 TONS of mixed fir species tonwood (non-biddable/non-adjustable).
