Yds. Description: Asphalt Seal Coat (Double Application – Old Westminster Road) Options: Alternate Bid Item Number: A-1 Quantity: 17,075 Unit: Sq. Yds. Description: Asphalt Fog Seal (Old Westminster Road) Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $150.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality or Project Engineer, Wm. F. Hill & Assoc., Inc., located at 207 Baltimore Street, Gettysburg, PA, (717)334-9137. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
