Public Facilities Division Invitation to Bid Sealed bids are requested by the Town Manager for Shrewsbury High School Exhaust Fan Replacement, located at 64 Holden Street, Shrewsbury, MA 01545. Specifications may be obtained at the Public Facilities Department, 100 Maple Avenue 2nd floor, Shrewsbury, MA 01545 during normal business hours or via email from Keith Baldinger at kbaldinger@shrewsburyma.gov. Bids shall be sealed and appropriately marked “Shrewsbury High School Exhaust Fan Replacement”, will be received in the Office of the Town Manager, 100 Maple Avenue, Shrewsbury, MA. 01545, until 1:00PM, on Friday October 22, 2021 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Site walkthrough will be Monday October 18, 2021 at 2:30PM at 64 Holden Street at the loading dock behind the school. Project questions will be due in writing to kbaldinger@shrewsburyma.gov no later than Tuesday October 19, 2021 at 2:00PM Attention is called to minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Department of Labor Standards under the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149 Section 26 to 27H inclusive. No bidder may withdraw his bid within (30) days after the date designated above for the filing of bids.
