Lydig Construction, Inc. (the General Contractor/Construction Manager) is requesting sealed proposals from Contractors for the following Bid Packages:

BP #1.1 “”“ Earthwork & Site/Select Demolition

The project consists of a new replacement for Sacajawea Middle School (approximately 140,000 SF) on the current Sacajawea Middle School campus. Students will be onsite during construction and laydown and staging areas will be limited. This early release site package shall develop temporary parking areas, alteration or installation of utilities, and major building pad preparatory work to be complete in 2021 ahead of structural foundations work in Spring of 2022.

Bids will be accepted prior to the date and time listed above for this bid release. Bids are to be submitted to Lydig Construction Inc.at 11001 E Montgomery Dr. Spokane Valley, WA. Proposals received after the time noted above will not be considered. Bids must be delivered to this address in person. No faxed, mailed, or electronic bids will be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received.
