DIVISION STREET BRT DESIGN & ENGINEERING SERVICES
Statement of Qualifications will be accepted until 4:00 PM Pacific Time, July 23, 2021, by Spokane Transit Authority (STA), 1230 W. Boone Avenue, Spokane, Washington 99201, for Design and Engineering Services in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package. Responses must be submitted via Dropbox at the following link:

RFQ packages may be obtained by contacting Kimberly Smallwood, Procurement Coordinator, via email at ksmallwood@spokanetransit.com or by calling (509) 232-6301. One hard copy original shall also be submitted by the due date to Kimberly Smallwood at the above address and are to be marked: RFQ # 2021-10610: Division Street BRT Design & Engineering Services.
STA reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the proposal submission process, to negotiate with any proposers, and to accept responses that are considered to be in the best interest of STA.
