The Cleve J. Fredricksen Library Association invites you

Courtyard Project

at the Cleve J. Fredricksen library, 100 North 19th Street, Camp Hill, PA until 5:00 PM prevailing time on Friday, April 22, 2022.

All bids must be marked to identify the project being bid and sealed in an opaque envelope.

Copies of the contract documents may be purchased at Johnson Imaging Systems Inc. The business address is 8 South 18th Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011, 717-737-3428, upon payment of $23.98 plus mailing cost for one set of drawings and a USB digital copy. Contractors should call ahead so that the plans can be assembled.

The owner recommends that a site visit be performed prior to submission of a bid for the project.

Bids may be held by the owner for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and evaluating the qualifications of the bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid before the expiration of such sixty (60) day period.

The Cleve J. Fredricksen Library Association reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any and all bids.
