THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF BRIDGEPORT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) UNIFORM FEDERAL ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS (UFAS) DESIGN SERVICES SOLICITATION NUMBER: 185-MD-21-S The Housing Authority of the City of Bridgeport d/b/a Park City Communities (PCC) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for an Indefinite Quantities Contract for Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) Design Services. Solicitation package will be available on July 19, 2021 to obtain a copy of the solicitation you must send your request to bids@parkcitycommunities.org, please reference solicitation number and title on the subject line. A pre-bid conference will be held at 505 Trumbull Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06606 on August 3, 2021 @ 10:00 a.m. Although attendance is not mandatory, submitting a proposal for the project without attending conference is not in the best interest of the Offeror. Additional questions should be emailed only to bids@parkcitycommunities.org no later than August 10, 2021 @ 3:00 p.m. Answers to all the questions will be posted on PCC’s Website: www.parkcitycommunities.org. Proposals shall be mailed, or hand delivered by August 20, 2021 @ 3:00 PM, to Ms. Caroline Sanchez, Director of Procurement, 150 Highland Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06604. Late proposals will not be accepted.
