The Town of North Andover, pursuant to M.G.L. 30B, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Consulting Services related to an ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan encompassing all of the Town’s facilities. The Town has received a grant to fund this project and needs to complete this work by June 30, 2022. The complete Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is available on the Town website (www.northandoverma.gov) under “Bids & Proposals”. The Town will only accept proposals delivered in person or by mail to Laurie Burzlaff, Director of Administrative Services, 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA 01845. All proposals must be received by 12:00PM on April 4, 2022 to be considered. Price and technical proposals must be submitted separately, sealed, and clearly marked. Proposals that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. Late proposals will not be accepted. The Town of North Andover may cancel this RFP or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, if they determine that cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the Town of North Andover.
