Jupitor, Florida – Tiger Woods and Greg Bartoli’s PopStroke Entertainment have been hard at work planning and designing it’s PopStroke locations . The company has also laid out plans for a series of exciting projects as construction expands into North America from Florida.
Seven properties in three states have been acquired: Katy Grand (NewQuest) in Houston/Katy, Texas; University Town Center (Benderson Development) in Sarasota, Florida; Waterford Lakes (Washington Prime) in Orlando, Florida; Cypress Creek Town Center (Sierra Properties) in Tampa, Florida; and The Pavilions at Talking Stick (DeRito) in Scottsdale, Arizona.
“These are dynamic, high-growth markets supported by excellent ownership groups,” Greg Bartoli explained.
“We are very excited to expand our unique golf entertainment experience across the United States, particularly in markets supported by surging population growth and great climates.”
Over the next 12 to 18 months PopStroke locations will be opening up across the South and Southwest. Reviews so far are raving with regards to technology, service and beverages.
TGR Design is Tiger Woods full course design company behind amazing courses like Pebble Beach’s recent redesign. His award-winning design team, TGR Design, will construct two distinct 18-hole putting courses for each property. These are artificial turf surfaces that replicate the fairways, bunkers, and rough found on traditional golf courses.
PopStroke is a technology-infused golf entertainment concept that features a 36-hole putting facility as well as an outdoor dining area with a full menu, an expansive selection of craft beer, wine, signature cocktails, ice cream, outdoor games, and a playground.
Customers can use PopStroke’s customized mobile app to order drinks and food to be delivered directly to their location on the course, to display their scores on a digital scoreboard, and to save money through the PopBucks loyalty rewards program.
Dubbed an experiential golf and casual dining concept that combines a dynamic, technologically advanced competitive golf environment with food and beverage. PopStroke is headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, and is led by an experienced team of food, beverage, and hospitality industry professionals.
PopStroke locations feature a diverse selection of craft beer, wine, ice cream, and food, in addition to an interactive and competitive golf experience for all players.
PopStrokes first location, Fort Myers, included support companies that worked on construction and development of the the first location. The contractor, Stevens Construction, was awarded the 6,901 square foot building project and restaurant located at 5551 Six Mile Commercial Court. MHK Architecture & Planning was the Architect of Record for the project.
