Town of Barnstable Request for Proposals The Procurement Office of the Town of Barnstable on behalf of the Department of Public Works is soliciting responses from qualified licensed engineering consultants to provide professional services to design the FY22 SCUDDER’S LANE BOAT RAMP IMPROVEMENTS project. The contract and its award process are not subject to the Uniform Procurement Act pursuant to the M.G.L. c. 30B or the Designer Selection Law, Chapter 7. Request for Proposal documents may be found on the Town of Barnstable website, Bid & RFP System at http://www.townofbarnstable.us. Responses are due on, October 27, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Procurement Lock Box (located in front of the School Administration Building), Procurement Office, 230 South Street, Hyannis, MA 02601. The Contract will be awarded within 30 days. The opening of responses is not public. All responses must be received in a sealed envelopes properly marked prior to the deadline. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals when it deems it to be in the best interest of the Town. October 10, 2021
